Encouraging Bible Verses

My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. (Exodus 33:14)

It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not fail you or
forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed. (Deuteronomy 31:8)

The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.
(Deuteronomy 33:27)

Trust in the Lord and do good; so you will live in the land, and enjoy security. Take
delight in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your
way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. Be still before the Lord, and
wait patiently for him. (Psalm 37:3-5, 7a)

Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? Hope in
God; for I shall again praise him, my help and my God. By day the Lord commands
his steadfast love, and at night his son is with me, a prayer to the God of my
life. (Psalm 42: 5,8)

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will
not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of
the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their
surging. (Psalm 46:1-3)

Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I
call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For
you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in
your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. (Psalm 61:1-4)

My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him. He alone is my rock
and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken. (Psalm 62:1-2)

Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with
thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God,
which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in
Christ Jesus. Finally, beloved, whatever is true, whatever is honorable,
whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and
if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. (Philippians
4:6-8)

I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have
learned the secret of being content in any and every situation. I can do
everything through him who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:12,13)

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts. (Colossians 3:15a)

But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.
(2 Thessalonians 3:3)

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. (2
Thessalonians 3:16)

God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as
you have helped his people and continue to help them. (Hebrews 6:10)

  1. what a wonderful collection of scriptures. i see you need Him as much as i do… how thankful i am our need for Jesus will never go unmet.
